1. What areas do you service?

We proudly serve Kanata and Stittsville area for Snow removal.

2. When does the snow removal season start and end?

Our seasonal contracts run from November 1st to April 15th each year.

3. What type of properties do you service?

We handle:

Residential driveways
Private lanes
Walkways and sidewalks
Small commercial properties

4. How do you decide when to clear snow?

We begin clearing when snow accumulation reaches 5 cm (2 inches) or more. We also clear after city plow ridges. For smaller storms with less than 10cm, we may wait to go out until snowfall ends.

5. How often will you come during a snowfall?

During heavy or continuous snow, we will return multiple times to keep driveways accessible. Final clean-up is done after the snowfall stops and city plows have passed.

6. What times do you usually clear snow?

We do overnight and early morning passes so you can get out for work or school. We cannot guarantee exact times, but we aim to have most driveways cleared by early morning and again by evening if needed.

7. Do you clear after freezing rain or ice events?

No, this remains the responsibility of the homeowner. We will only dispatch our crews if there is snow accumulation of 5cm or more and if road conditions are safe.

8. Do you shovel walkways and steps?

Yes, walkway and step clearing is available as an add-on to your seasonal package.

9. How do I contact you during a storm?

10. What equipment do you use?

We use tractors with inverted snow blowers, plows, and shovels to ensure safe and efficient clearing without damaging your property.

11. What should I do before the season starts?

Remove any items (extension cords, decorations, planters) from the driveway
Mark the edges of immovable objects near your driveway (we can supply them if needed)
Make sure vehicles are moved before service times
Ensure you have provide information about any damaged areas on your driveway (i.e: Elevated stones, cracks, uneven areas etc)

12. What happens if I’m away?

No problem — we’ll continue service as usual. Your property will be safe and accessible when you return.

13. Is there a limit to the number of visits?

Seasonal contracts include unlimited visits within the contract period. There are no hidden fees for multiple storms.

There is a cap on snow accumulation. There is additional charges should snow accumulation exceed 300cm.
